I always teach with values integration. The approach that can make teaching more than just a matter but of manner. I practice learner-centered instruction because I believe that focusing on what the learner needs is what the essence of teaching starts.

Teaching approach

First, I explain concepts in a way that is relevant, specific, and attainable for effective and comprehensive learning. Then I assess the areas where I can improve my instructions followed by identifying the students' strength and weaknesses. Next is to provide with further instruction that caters their shortcomings and elevate their performance in academics. Lastly is to maintain the momentum and make sure that the students' performance are better by the end of the session.
