Coins are used for selected RWBIKO Tutors platform actions. They are separate from the tuition fee agreed between a tutor and student or parent.
Before a contact unlock, the page shows the coin cost and asks for confirmation. An existing unlock record prevents a second charge for the same contact on the same account.
For payment failures, rejected manual payments and refund conditions, use the wallet history and the published refund policy.
