I believe every student learns differently, so I use a patient, supportive, and student-centered approach. I first understand the student’s current level, learning style, and areas where they need support. Then I explain concepts step by step using simple language, examples, visuals, questions, and real-life situations.
My classes are interactive rather than lecture-based. I encourage students to ask questions, explain their thinking, and solve problems independently. I use guided practice first and gradually help students become confident enough to work on their own. For younger students, I include engaging activities, pictures, stories, and age-appropriate exercises to keep learning enjoyable.
I also focus on building strong fundamentals instead of simply helping students memorize answers. For English, I work on reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, writing, and communication. For Math and Science, I break complex problems into smaller steps and help students understand the reasoning behind each answer.
