Hello, I’m Hope N. Kamhamba, a Bermuda-based educator with teaching experience in Geography and Environmental Management. From January 2023 to August 2026, I taught IGCSE Geography and Environmental Management at Arundel School in Harare, planning learner-centred lessons, assessing progress, and preparing students for examinations. I have also taught Geography at WISETECH College and Ordinary Level Geography as a relief teacher at Roosevelt Girls High School.
I hold a First-Class Bachelor of Education Honours Degree in Science Education and Applications, with a Specialisation in Geography and Environmental Science for Educational Practice, from the University of Zimbabwe, awarded in 2026, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education in Mathematics and Geography from Zimbabwe Open University.
My teaching is learner-centred, inclusive, and responsive to individual needs. I use differentiated instruction and assessment to understand learners’ progress and adapt my support. I aim to create a respectful environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and taking an active role in their learning. Student engagement and positive learning habits are central to my approach.
You can expect thoughtfully planned lessons, support tailored to your learning needs, and clear feedback to help you understand your progress and next steps. Whether you need help strengthening your subject knowledge or preparing for examinations, I bring experience in lesson planning, assessment, and student support. I value communication with learners and parents and am committed to professional, supportive teaching that helps students build understanding and confidence.
