I am an experienced and passionate English tutor with approximately 10 years of teaching experience, supporting learners in developing strong English language, literacy, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Over the years, I have worked with learners across different educational settings and learning levels, adapting my teaching approach to meet individual needs and learning goals.
I have two years of experience teaching the Core Knowledge curriculum and one year of experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum, giving me a strong understanding of structured, standards-based international education. I also have eight months of experience as an online tutor, where I have delivered engaging one-to-one and small-group virtual lessons to international learners.
I am TESOL and TEFL certified, with particular strengths in reading, phonics, vocabulary, grammar, writing, comprehension, and spoken English. My teaching approach is learner-centered, interactive, and supportive. I use clear explanations, questioning, practical examples, visuals, and engaging activities to make lessons both effective and enjoyable.
