HOW I TEACH EFFECTIVELY
I teach effectively by using a student-centred approach that makes learning simple, engaging, and enjoyable. I assess each student's level of understanding and adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs, age, and learning pace.
1. Step-by-Step Teaching: I introduce lessons from basic to advanced levels, helping students build a strong foundation in Qur’an reading and Arabic language.
2. Practical Demonstration: I demonstrate correct Arabic pronunciation, letter recognition, word formation, and Qur’an recitation, allowing students to listen, observe, and practise.
3. Regular Practice: I encourage students to practise reading, writing, pronunciation, and recitation regularly to improve their confidence and accuracy.
4. Individual Attention: I give students personal attention, identify their learning difficulties, and provide guidance to help them improve.
5. Tajweed Instruction: I teach the basic rules of Tajweed and guide students in applying them correctly during Qur’an recitation.
6. Interactive Learning: I use questions, examples, repetition, exercises, and educational activities to make lessons interesting and effective.
7. Continuous Assessment: I assess students' progress through oral recitation, reading exercises, writing tasks, and short tests.
8. Positive Encouragement: I motivate students with patience, constructive feedback, and encouragement to help them develop a love for learning the Qur’an and Arabic language.
My goal is to ensure that every student learns at a comfortable pace, develops confidence, improves their skills, and gains a better understanding of the Qur’an and Arabic language.
