Good day, my name is Mae. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education and I am a licensed professional teacher. Over the past five years, I’ve built a diverse career across education, customer service, technical support, banking, and virtual assistance, which has helped me develop adaptability, strong communication skills, and a broad professional perspective.
For two years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Service Associate in the ISP and security systems industry, where I handled customer queries, processed payments and sales, assisted with troubleshooting, and scheduled technician visits for cable-based internet, TV, mobile services, and CCTV systems. I then gained experience in a major British universal bank for almost a year, processing payments, driving sales by opening accounts and enrolling customers in programs, and assisting with rewards and points claims.
I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for less than a year, where I served as a telemarketer, data encoder, and appointment setter, doing cold calls in real estate, life insurance, car insurance, and dental supplies. Additionally, I had the opportunity to teach as an ESL instructor, guiding foreign students from young learners to adult professionals.
These varied experiences have strengthened my interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, time management, multitasking, and communication skills. Alongside my professional roles, I’ve pursued continuous learning through certificates from different trainings, ensuring I stay updated and versatile.
I believe this combination of teaching credentials, customer service expertise, technical knowledge, and international exposure equips me to contribute meaningfully to your organization. I am eager to bring my dedication, versatility, and passion for learning into this role, while also growing alongside your team.
