My Teaching Approach:*
I don't believe in just memorizing. My approach is concept + practice. First I explain the topic in simple Urdu/English with real-life examples, then we solve questions together, then I give the student time to solve alone. I am very patient - if a student doesn't understand, I will explain it 3 different ways until it clicks.
*Student Outcomes:*
My students improve from average to 80%+ marks in 2-3 months. More importantly, they stop fearing the subject. They start doing homework by themselves and their confidence in class increases.
