I am an experienced and dedicated tutor with over four years of teaching and tutoring experience. I currently work as a Computer Science Teacher at HURDCO International School, Dhaka, an English-medium school following the Cambridge curriculum. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), with a CGPA of 3.73/4.00.
Subjects I Teach:
I provide tutoring in General Mathematics, Higher Mathematics, Maths D, Maths B, Add Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, ICT, Biology, and English. I teach students from Grade 3 to Grade 12, including O-Level, A-Level, SSC, and HSC students. I have extensive experience working with students following the Cambridge, Edexcel, and NCTB curricula. I have also successfully tutored a Civil Engineering student from Cardiff University, UK.
My Teaching Experience:
Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different academic levels and learning abilities through private home tutoring across Dhaka and online tutoring via Zoom. I have helped students prepare for school examinations, O-Level and A-Level examinations, and SSC and HSC examinations.
My Teaching Approach:
My teaching philosophy is based on building a strong conceptual foundation rather than encouraging rote memorisation. I explain complex topics in simple, understandable steps, use practical examples to clarify difficult concepts, and adapt my teaching methods to each student’s learning pace and individual needs. I also focus on problem-solving techniques, regular practice, revision, and exam-oriented preparation to help students perform confidently in examinations.

I aim to create a supportive, friendly, and disciplined learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. I monitor students’ progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance to strengthen their understanding and confidence. My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent academic results but also to develop their analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and genuine interest in learning.
