1. Explain

I explain new language using simple English, clear examples, pictures, gestures, and demonstrations. I break difficult concepts into smaller steps and check that the student understands before moving on.

1. Practise

I give students opportunities to practise through repetition, question-and-answer activities, games, role-plays, and conversations. I encourage them to speak actively so they can apply what they learn in real-life situations.

1. Assess

I assess students through questions, short activities, pronunciation practice, and lesson reviews. I listen carefully to their answers, identify areas of difficulty, and provide positive, constructive feedback to monitor their progress.

1. Adapt

I adjust my teaching methods, lesson pace, activities, and level of difficulty according to each student's age, ability, interests, and learning needs. If a student struggles, I explain differently and provide more practice. If they progress quickly, I introduce more challenging activities.
