My teaching approach is student-centred, concept-based, and focused on developing both academic excellence and independent thinking. As a Mathematics teacher, I believe in making complex concepts simple, clear, and engaging by connecting theoretical knowledge with practical examples and real-life applications. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, solve problems independently, and develop confidence in their abilities.
My experience at Cadet College Hasanabdal, where I serve as an Assistant House Master in Pastoral Care, has strengthened my skills in student mentoring, discipline, leadership, and personal development. I understand that every learner has different needs and learning abilities, so I aim to create a supportive and structured environment where students feel motivated to participate, learn from their mistakes, and achieve their full potential.
Students can expect well-organised lessons, clear explanations, step-by-step problem-solving techniques, regular practice, constructive feedback, and targeted preparation for examinations. My goal is not only to help learners achieve better academic results but also to develop their confidence, analytical skills, self-discipline, and lifelong love of learning.
