I explain concepts simply, clearly, precisely and in the right tempo to ensure no learner is left behind. I always try as much as I can to involve my learners, ask them questions, leave sentences half complete so they can complete it. After the lesson, I'd always give an assignment so as to be able to indeed know that the lesson was understood properly by the learnes and if at all a learner had a problem with a question, I'd take the initiative of explaining the whole concept once again.

Teaching approach
Ensures full attention in class, ensures right sitting posture by learners and meaningful eye contact. Explains a new concept slowly and clearly. Asks if it's clear to learners, if not, I will always pardon trying to make it simpler, more precise and concise
