I specialize in English Language Arts (ELA), English as a Second Language (ESL), and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). My lessons cover reading comprehension, academic writing, grammar, vocabulary development, pronunciation, speaking, listening, and practical communication skills. I also use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to help learners develop their English proficiency from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficient) based on their individual needs and goals.
With over 10 years of teaching experience in the Philippines, Myanmar, and Thailand, I have developed a strong understanding of diverse learning environments and the needs of students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I am currently working as a university instructor, where I continue to support students in developing their English language proficiency and academic communication skills. My international teaching experience has strengthened my ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles, proficiency levels, and educational objectives.
My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and goal-oriented. I believe that learning English should be practical, engaging, and relevant to real-life situations. I tailor my lessons to each student's proficiency level, learning preferences, and personal or professional goals. Through clear explanations, guided practice, meaningful activities, and constructive feedback, I help students strengthen their language skills and build confidence. Whether you want to improve your everyday English, excel in academic studies, develop professional communication skills, or progress toward your target CEFR level, I am here to guide and support you throughout your learning journey.
