Hi! I’m Thobeka, a TEFL/TESOL-certified English teacher currently studying towards a Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching at UNISA. I have practical classroom experience and currently volunteer as a Grade 4 teacher. I enjoy helping learners from Grade 1 to Grade 12 improve their English, as well as supporting conversational English skills. My lessons are friendly, patient and learner-centred, with a focus on building confidence, improving communication and making learning enjoyable. I adapt my lessons to each learner’s level, needs and learning pace, using clear explanations, examples, guided practice and engaging activities.
