Tutor Profile setup guide
How to Create a Tutor Profile and Teaching Offers on RWBIKO Tutors
Follow the complete 7-step Tutor Profile setup: add your professional details, create 2 distinct Teaching Offers, review what students will see, and submit your profile correctly.
Understand the structure first
Tutor Profile
Your professional identity, contact, education, experience and About Tutor information.

Verification
A separate trust process after profile submission. Verification documents are not the same as public profile content.

Tutor Profile setup
Follow the 7-step Tutor Profile setup
1. Profile
- Choose your primary tutoring category, add your name and gender, and write one Professional Profile Title that describes your identity as a tutor.
- Your Professional Profile Title is about you, not a specific subject-market offer. Example: Experienced Physics Tutor with 5+ Years of Teaching Experience.
- Upload a clear profile photo. Introduction video and gallery images are optional but remain available because they can strengthen trust.
2. Contact & Location
- Confirm your email, mobile number and WhatsApp number, then add your residence country and city.
- Residence location means where you live. A Teaching Offer can target the same country or a different market later.
- Use Add more contact details (optional) only when you want to add alternate contact, response time, communication languages or a private full address.
3. Education & Experience
- Add your highest qualification, qualification institute and teaching experience.
- Optional details include degree subject, passing year, places you have taught and certification names.
- Certificate names can appear as profile information; verification documents are handled separately in the verification journey.
4. About Tutor
- Write one clear About Tutor introduction covering what you teach, your experience and how you help students learn.
- About Tutor describes you as a teacher. It is different from a Teaching Offer description, which explains one specific service.
- Teaching approach, student outcomes, professional achievements and resources can be added under Add more profile details (optional).
5. Teaching Offer 1
- A Teaching Offer is one specific tutoring service students can discover. It has its own target market, subject, education pathway, fee and availability.
- Choose target country and teaching mode, then add the subject, level, curriculum or exam that describes the students you want to reach.
- Your profile communication languages can be reused automatically. Change them only when this Offer is taught in different languages.
- Set the Offer fee and availability, review the same-page preview, then save Offer 1.
6. Teaching Offer 2
- Two distinct Teaching Offers are required during initial tutor setup.
- Offer 2 should target a meaningfully different subject, country or city, student level, curriculum, exam, teaching mode or teaching need.
- You can copy common operational details from Offer 1 to reduce repeated work, then change the fields that make Offer 2 distinct.
7. Review & Submit
- Review your Tutor Profile and both Teaching Offers as students will understand them.
- Use the direct Edit Profile, Edit Offer 1 or Edit Offer 2 actions if something is missing or unclear, then submit your Tutor Profile for Admin review.
- Verification is a separate trust step after Tutor Profile submission. If you provide home tuition, applicable public visibility may depend on verification.
Profile vs Teaching Offer
Do not write the same thing in every field
Professional Profile Title: who you are professionally. Example: Experienced Physics Tutor with 5+ Years of Teaching Experience.
About Tutor: your background, experience and teaching approach.
Teaching Offer Title: one specific service. Example: IGCSE Mathematics Tutor for UAE Students.
Teaching Offer Description: who that service is for, what it covers and how lessons work.
Two Teaching Offers
Make Teaching Offer 2 genuinely different
Offer 1: Pakistan → Lahore → Matric Physics → Home & Online → PKR.
Offer 2: UAE → Dubai → IGCSE Physics → Online → AED.
You can also differentiate by subject, curriculum, level, exam or teaching mode. Common settings can be reused so you do not have to rebuild everything from zero.
Tutor Profile setup FAQs
Common questions about Tutor Profiles and Teaching Offers
How many steps are in the RWBIKO Tutor Profile setup?
The initial Tutor Profile setup has 7 steps: Profile, Contact & Location, Education & Experience, About Tutor, Teaching Offer 1, Teaching Offer 2, and Review & Submit.
Why do I need two Teaching Offers?
The initial setup requires 2 distinct Teaching Offers so your tutoring services can target different subjects, student levels, curricula, locations, teaching modes or student needs without creating duplicate Tutor Profiles.
What is the difference between a Tutor Profile and a Teaching Offer?
Your Tutor Profile is your main professional identity. A Teaching Offer is one specific tutoring service with its own target market, subject, education pathway, fee, mode and availability.
Should my Professional Profile Title and Teaching Offer title be the same?
No. Your Professional Profile Title describes you as a tutor. A Teaching Offer title describes one specific service, such as IGCSE Mathematics Tutor for UAE Students.
Is tutor verification part of the 7-step profile setup?
No. Verification is a separate trust process after Tutor Profile submission. Home-tuition visibility can depend on the applicable verification rules.
Can I add more Teaching Offers after submitting my Tutor Profile?
Yes. After the first 2 required Teaching Offers are submitted, you can add more focused Offers for additional subjects, cities, countries, curricula, levels or student needs.
