RWBIKO Tutors policy
Refund & Coins Policy
This policy explains how coin purchases, wallet actions, and eligible refund or restoration requests may be handled on RWBIKO Tutors.
1. Coins and digital credits
Coins are digital credits for selected in-platform actions and do not have general cash value outside RWBIKO Tutors.
2. General refund position
Coin purchases and used credits are generally non-refundable once delivered or used, unless there is a technical failure, an explicit policy protection, legal requirement, or support-approved exception.
3. Technical failure cases
Users may request review for failed wallet updates after payment, failed unlock actions caused by system errors, duplicate deductions, or malfunctioning supported flows.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally unavailable for successfully used credits, change-of-mind decisions, user judgment issues, external arrangement disputes, and abuse of refund systems.
5. Review request process
Share account email/phone, transaction reference, issue date/time, screenshots, relevant link, and a factual issue summary when requesting review.
6. Review windows
Submit requests as soon as possible. Delayed requests may be harder to validate and may fall outside operational review windows.
7. Abuse prevention
False claims, manipulated evidence, repeated bad-faith disputes, or exploitation attempts may result in rejection, wallet limits, or account restrictions.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Bad-faith external chargebacks after receiving intended credits may lead to temporary suspension or account restrictions while investigation is in progress.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as features, payment methods, laws, or operations evolve.
10. Contact support
For refund or wallet review requests, contact support and include enough detail for proper investigation.
