These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RWBIKO Tutors. By creating an account, posting a tutoring requirement, creating a tutor profile, purchasing coins, unlocking contact details, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. About RWBIKO Tutors
RWBIKO Tutors is a platform that connects students, parents, and tutors. The platform may provide profile tools, tutoring need posts, messaging or lead-related features, wallet or coin-based actions, support tools, verification features, and trust or safety signals.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Tutors must keep profile claims truthful and not misleading.
3. Acceptable use of the platform
You agree not to create fake accounts, post false information, harass users, misuse contact data, upload unlawful content, attempt fraud, or interfere with platform systems. Violations may result in suspension or removal.
4. User content and platform content
You remain responsible for submitted content. By posting content, you grant RWBIKO Tutors a limited right to host, store, display, process, and use content as needed to run the service, improve safety, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Tutor profiles, requirements, and verification
Verification badges help trust-building, but do not guarantee suitability, personality fit, teaching quality, safety, or results. Users should use independent judgment before proceeding.
6. Contact unlocks, coins, and wallet features
Coins are digital credits for selected in-platform actions and generally have no cash value unless clearly stated. Used coins may not be reversible except where the Refund Policy or verified technical issues allow otherwise.
7. Payments, PayFast fees, taxes, and tutoring arrangements
Unless a specific in-platform protected payment flow is clearly offered, tutoring fees, schedule, cancellation terms, and arrangements are agreed directly between users. Where PayFast or any external payment gateway is used, users are responsible for applicable gateway charges, service fees, withholding amounts, currency conversion costs, and all taxes, levies, duties, or similar government charges associated with their transaction.
8. Intellectual property
RWBIKO Tutors branding, platform design, logos, and original content are protected. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or exploit platform materials beyond normal personal use without permission.
9. Suspensions, restrictions, and account termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud, spam, harmful behavior, safety concerns, refund abuse, legal risk, or serious terms violations.
10. Disclaimers
RWBIKO Tutors is a platform that facilitates direct connections between tutors and students. Users operate independently, and any communication, scheduling, agreements, or transactions are carried out solely at the discretion of the involved parties. RWBIKO Tutors does not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the qualifications, professionalism, conduct, performance, availability, or reliability of any tutor or student. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, guaranteed matches, guaranteed earnings, guaranteed hiring, or guaranteed academic outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RWBIKO Tutors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, product, security, or operational reasons and publish the revised version with an updated date.
